Sometimes changes are hard, and sometimes changes are easy, but either way, if you’re ready to do the work, you’ll have an opportunity to reap the rewards.
This week’s newsletter is meant to spark some inspiration for you. It’s meant to help you see what could be possible when you put yourself in the best position possible to succeed.
I understand there’s typically hesitation with coaching, with investing…Because, in reality, we are conditioned to think of the downside… what if it doesn’t work….

Our client D.M. came to us with a great setup for their combo in-gym + mobile business and a successful 2023 with a 4th quarter revenue of $27k. After making some changes to their workshop procedure which included an almost 8x conversion and some tweaks to their sales process, they were able to achieve a monthly revenue of $17,000 in only our second month working together… That’s 63% of last quarter in just 1 MONTH! Not to mention some quick math puts them $6,000 above their quarterly monthly average, and we’re only getting started.

M.H. was looking for ways to boost their revenue as a solo provider, but was struggling with the way their clinic was generating revenue from session to session.
